About Shipping

-Currently we only do Singapore sales only. Do contact us if you interested in our products.
-We are a Singapore seller. All items will be shipped out of Singapore. It usually takes about 3 business days to deliver to the address within Singapore as shown on the order details
-Do double check your address before payment.
-We only do Qxpress shipment currently because it ensures that our product gets to you.
-In any case, if any of our products are out of stock. Please contact us and we’ll keep you updated when we stock up.


About Returns

-If items are defective or broken when delivered, we will definitely exchange it. (Please contact us before leaving a review)
-You can also claim refund or exchange a good for any reason, but the goods should be unused and in original condition. In such cases, shipping fees for returning should be borne by you
-Return cases should be claimed within 7 days after receiving the product.
-Returns should be communicated via email [email protected] before the product is shipped back to us. Otherwise, returns would not be entertained.

The colours of the actual product might differ from the image as monitors are not calibrated to true colours
The size might have variations which might slightly differ from actual measurements
